Attorney Cassandra Harris-Starks is a member of both the Michigan and Florida Bars.  She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.  Before entering the legal profession, she worked as an Import Trade Analyst with the International Trade Administration in Washington, D.C. and as a Systems Engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Troy, Michigan.  After completing her legal education, she worked as a staff attorney with UAW Legal Services in Detroit, Michigan and in private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
